Works for what it's meant for, January 12, 2012 By This review is from: Sunny Manual Treadmill (Health and Beauty) Treadmill works fine for what it is. Assembly directions said it takes two people; when I hit that step (having to hold the treadmill part up to attach bolts) I used books to bring it to the correct height since I didn't have a second person. Other than that, assembly is straightforward.
I found the slope a bit much for me; I put a couple blocks under the back to raise it to less of a slope. I couldn't find any manual treadmills with less of a slope when I was looking.
It's not exactly a fine piece of milled machinery, but for the price, that's expected. Walking on it isn't completely smooth, but with a manual, that's expected as well. Plus side, it's quiet enough that it doesn't scare the dogs into barking. And it's easy to move around - I have it on the deck in nice weather, inside when the weather turns bad.

It is light weight and easy to move. Its a great workout. The folding feature makes it easy to store. Its perfect for a person on a budget who wants to workout but doesn't like going to the gym.
